技術名稱: 離心式壓縮機之調變機構

技術簡介

一種離心式壓縮機之調變機構,用以應用於壓縮機本體。調變機構包含擴壓器流道寬度調整組件及氣體旁通閥組件。擴壓器流道寬度調整組件包含擴壓器流道寬度調整片及第一閥桿。擴壓器流道寬度調整片用以可活動地裝設於壓縮機本體之擴壓流道。第一閥桿連接於擴壓器流道寬度調整片,並用以帶動擴壓器流道寬度調整片位移而調整擴壓流道的寬度。氣體旁通閥組件包含氣體旁通閥及第二閥桿。氣體旁通閥用以可活動地裝設於壓縮機本體之熱氣旁通道。第二閥桿連接於氣體旁通閥,並用以帶動氣體旁通閥位移而調整氣體旁通閥的開閉。

Abstract

A modulating mechanism of the centrifugal compressor applying for compressor body includes a width adjusting assembly and a gas bypass assembly. The width adjusting assembly includes a width adjusting piece and the first rod. The width adjusting piece disposes movably in the diffuser flow channel. The first rod connects with the width adjusting piece to move the width adjusting piece and adjust the width of the diffuser channel. The gas bypass assembly includes a gas bypass valve and the second rod. The gas bypass valve disposes movably in the gas bypass channel. The second rod connects with the gas bypass valve to adjust the condition of the gas bypass valve.

單一驅動器調整擴壓器寬度與內流道氣體旁通耦合機構,可以使離心機免於發生喘震。

技術特色

本專利之離心式壓縮機之調變機構,透過擴壓流道的寬度控制與熱氣旁通口的開閉控制的結合,以在相同壓縮比與轉速條件下,藉由調降擴壓流道的寬度使氣體速度提高,排除了氣體在擴壓器失速並進而產生喘震的問題,藉此擴大離心式壓縮機可運轉範圍
