技術簡介

工業生產製造中，溫度資訊為反應生產效能或品質的關鍵指標，本技術以陣列式紅外感測元件進行非接觸式量測，轉換溫度感測數值為熱影像，並具網頁使用者操作介面及支援Modbos TCP通訊，可搭配場域資訊系統即時監測二維溫度平面。

Abstract

Temperature information is an important index for industrial manufacturing.It indicates the quality of the product during processing. The technology utilize far infrared array sensor along with embedded platform to capture the raw data of the sensor which then transfer into thermal image. The technology also provides web user interface and Modbus TCP communication for real time monitoring and analysis application.

技術特色

本感測技術為二維平面溫度偵測，相較於單點溫度感測器提供更詳細之溫度分佈資訊。本技術可廣泛應用於工廠與製造業即時監測生產狀況，藉由回饋感測數值至資訊系統可提早發現製程品質異常情形，進而提升產品穩定度並減少物料浪費。
