技術名稱: 溶劑薄膜濃縮技術

技術簡介

全球可用水資源日益減少,在未來5~10年將會是各國面臨的一大難題,故業界需要有效技術來濃縮溶液中的有價物質及取出乾淨水分。本技術能符合環保低能耗的需求,以較低成本達成有效分離濃縮, 且具備高選擇性、高耐用度、低能耗之特性。應用於濃縮1-25%起始濃度範圍之溶液可達到水通量15 LMH及>2倍濃縮倍率,此濃縮效果優於其他薄膜技術在此濃度範圍內之表現,並結合自動監測調控功能,提升薄膜技術效率與穩定性,為國內薄膜水處理與資源循環開發商機,促進相關產業。

Abstract

The global water supply is dwindling, and the lack of water resources is expected to be a major issue faced globally in the next 5 - 10 years. Thus industries will need an efficient technology for concentrating valuable materials from solutions and recovering usable water resources. The membrane separation technology described within is environmentally friendly, with low energy cost, considerable durability, and high separation efficiency. When applied to the concentration of solutions in the 1 - 25% concentration range, a flux of 15 LMH and over two times concentration factor can be reached, outperforming other membrane technologies when applied to this concentration range. Combined with real-time process monitoring, the efficiency and stability of the membrane concentration process is improved, increasing the technical advantages and making the way for a broader market.
