技術簡介

1.以物流為例，物流士在運送貨物過程中，會很頻繁的跟收貨人透過電話聯繫收貨時間與地點，但由於運送作業繁忙，迫切需要語音助理協助與收貨人溝通，以減輕物流士的工作負擔與提升效率。 2.物流士送貨過程中，會需要即時地去查詢託運單上的寄、收件人的相關地址、郵遞區號、連絡電話或公司名稱等資料，如果可以透過語音方式進行查詢，可以有效減少開車時的安全疑慮。

Abstract

(1) The express driver will frequently contact the consignee by phone to contact the time and location of the delivery. However, due to the busy delivery operation, the voice assistant is urgently needed to help communicate with the consignee. (2) During the delivery process of the logistics, it will be necessary to check the information on the consignment note, the relevant address of the recipient, the postal code, the contact number or the company name in real time. If the query can be carried out by voice, it can effectively reduce safety concerns
