Abstract
Adopting mixed flow impeller configuration and cooperating with induced three-dimensional guide vane design, a 7.5kW fan prototype is built through the optimization of blade shape design, flow channel matching technology and flow field simulation analysis. It is tested in accordance with AMCA 210 standard specifications, and the efficiency is increased from 58 % to 64.4%.

Technical Specification
Establish the development technology of high-energy-efficiency duct fans, adopt mixed flow impeller configuration, and cooperate with the design of induced three-dimensional guide vane to solve the problem of performance and pressure shortage of traditional duct fan (axial/centrifugal fan). The fan efficiency is improved by more than 61% through optimizing the blade shape design, flow channel matching technology and flow field simulation analysis methods.
