技術簡介
建立傳動機構組件振動感知能力,藉由振動訊號收集,結合自編碼器(Autoencoder)技術,可縮減訊號維度5倍以上且保持高維度特徵,訊號誤差小於3%,及診斷傳動機構2種故障.
Abstract
Establish the vibration ability of transmission mechanism components. By collecting vibration signals, combined with Autoencoder technology, the signal dimension can be reduced by more than 5 times and the high-dimensional characteristics, the signal error is less than 3%, and the transmission mechanism is diagnosed for 2 types of faults
技術規格
針對齒輪減速機於入力及出力軸安裝振動感測器,提供無線通訊式加速規,規格:±8g以內、 取樣速率:5kHz@16bits以內,齒輪異常監測可鑑別齒輪斷齒及磨耗兩種故障。
Technical Specification
For the gear reducer, vibration sensors are installed on the input and output shafts, and wireless communication accelerometers are provided. Specifications: within ±8g, sampling rate: within 5kHz@16bits, gear abnormality monitoring can identify two types of gear broken and gear wear.
