技術簡介
建立雷射擺頭加工頭與同軸視覺光路模組，包含雷射光路技術、校正技術，同軸視覺於加工時可同步觀看加工結果，擺頭加工頭可提高加工自由度。
Abstract
A laser swivel head with coaxial vision module is developed, including laser light path technology and correction technology, coaxial vision can simultaneously view the processing results during processing, swivel head can increase the processing freedom.
