技術簡介

高峰值功率短脈衝光纖雷射源具有＜3ns脈衝寬度，＞6kW峰值功率 。短脈衝雷射可提高材料吸收率，除一般金屬應用外，對塑膠、陶瓷類材料同樣具有良好加工效果，可應用在軟性電路板、散熱基板、塑膠外殼等3C產品上。

Abstract

High peak power short pulse fiber laser source output laser beam with Pulse width ＜3 ns and Peak power ＞ 60kw. High peak power and short pulse width enhance the light absorption of material which makes laser marking processing applicable not only on common metal materials but also on plastic and ceramic materials. High peak power short pulse width laser can be used on the processing of Flex-PCB, ceramic substrates and plastic materials.
