本技術可泛用於一般迴轉機械，自動執行健康指標監測、健康趨勢預測、故障診斷等核心分析功能，協助使用者實現監測即時化、維護預測化、診斷智能化；系統另具備警報設定、報表產製、資料庫連線等功能，同時更保留了客製化建模彈性，可支援多種監測應用

Abstract

The Prognosis Monitoring System (PMS) can be widely used in predictive maintenance of general rotating machineries, with automatically performed analysis functions such as health status monitoring, health trend prediction, and fault diagnosis.

支援NI、ADLINK、Tecom等多廠牌之資料擷取卡，並可再客製擴增 基於ISO標準之健康指標監測機制，亦可客製建模 可自訂預測項目的趨勢預測功能 旋轉軸、軸承、齒輪、馬達等常見迴轉機械設備及零組件之自動故障診斷功能

Technical Specification

Supports DAQ cards from NI, ADLINK, Tecom and other brands, customized service is also available. Health indicator monitoring mechanism based on ISO standards, customized service is also available. Trend forecasting function for customizable forecasting items. Automatic fault diagnosis function for common rotating machinery equipment and components such as rotating shafts, bearings, gears, motors, etc.
