技術簡介

本技術結合台電RouteB端電表資訊與智慧家電設備之通訊協議(TaiSEIA制定之智慧家電共通協定)進行智慧家電設備的即時運轉狀態分析。並針對不同類型家電進行用電樣態特徵分析，以提供使用者了解家電即時狀況並進行設備效率改善。

Abstract

The meter data from TPC Route B and smart home appliance (using TAISEIA protocol)are integrated in this technology to analyze the real-time operating status of smart home appliances. This developed approach provides users to realize the real-time status of home appliances and to improve equipment efficiency.

技術規格

資料蒐集系統 : 針對符合TaiSEIA通訊協議之智慧家電，可每分鐘回傳一筆TaiSEIA設備資訊狀態，其中冷氣資訊有(電源控制、運轉模式設定功能、風速設定功能、溫度設定功能、室內溫度顯示、室內溼度顯示、快速運轉功能、節電運轉功能、室外溫度顯示、室外機累積用電量)而除濕機資訊有(電源控制、相對溼度設定、除溼段數設定、乾衣段數設定、室內溼度顯示、滿水顯示警告、濾網清洗通知、風速設定、除霜顯示、機體防霉) 設備診斷系統 : 以機器學習的方式，偵測濾網堵塞情形與外在環境情況，偵測模型準確率達90％以上，並可透過智慧家電APP發送家電運轉告警。 資料庫系統:微軟SQL 2012 標準版資料庫以上。 軟體平台 : Python版本 3.7以上，與Anaconda3平台

Technical Specification

Data collection system: For smart home appliances with TaiSEIA protocol, the operating status is automatically transmitted to the cloud system for analysis. The information of AC includes power control, operation mode, wind speed setting, target temperature, indoor temperature, indoor humidity, operating mode, power saving mode, outdoor temperature and AC compressor power consumption. The dehumidifier information includes power control, relative humidity, dehumidification status number setting, drying stage setting, indoor humidity , full water warning, filter cleaning notification, wind speed, defrost status and body anti-mold status. Diagnosis system: Using machine learning (ML) to detect filter blockage and outdoor environmental conditions, the accuracy of using this ML technology is higher than 90％. The alarm of operating status can be transmitted to existing smart home appliance APP. Database system: Microsoft SQL 2012 Standard Edition or higher. Software platform: Python version 3.7 or higher, and Anaconda3 platform.

技術特色

目前國內尚無整合各廠牌家電之整合系統，故本系統能跨廠牌藉由TaiSEIA通訊協議對智慧家電環境資訊與設定狀態進行資料蒐集，在不新增任何溫溼度感測器的情形下，進行智慧家電運轉參數即時分析，有效降低運轉效率不佳情形，減少用電浪費。

應用範圍

有管理用電需求或想結合TaiSEIA設備資訊進行應用的用電戶，包含各式產業以及一般家庭，商業大樓，大型購物中心或是大型公共事業單位等等。
