技術簡介

本揭露為一種包括海纜固定裝置及海纜密封裝置的海纜夾具，海纜固定裝置包括第一層鋼絲托板、第一層鋼絲壓板、內層鋼絲環及內層鋼絲環壓板之元件，以將海纜固設於海纜夾具內，再者，海纜密封裝置可透過內層防水蓋板防水墊、外層防水保護蓋防水墊、第一層鋼絲壓板防水墊及第一層鋼絲托板防水墊之元件，將海纜密封於海纜夾具內，還可運用迷宮密封強化上述元件之間密封程度。本揭露之海纜固定裝置及海纜密封裝置，透過多重防漏密封結構設計以及多重夾具夾緊結構設計，藉以提升海纜之抗拉、夾持及防水等效果。

Abstract

Disclosed is a submarine cable clamp with a marine cable securing device and a marine cable sealing device, the marine cable securing device comprise a first layer steel pallet, a first layer steel plate, an inner steel ring and an inner steel ring plate of the marine cable securing device, a submarine cable is fixed in the submarine cable clamp by the marine cable securing device, the submarine cable is also sealed in the submarine cable clamp by a waterproof pad for an inner waterproof cover, a waterproof pad for an outer waterproof cover, a waterproof pad for the first layer steel plate and a waterproof pad for the first layer steel pallet within the marine cable sealing device, and multiple labyrinth seal are set between any two elements to strengthen the degree of sealing. The marine cable securing device and the marine cable sealing device of this disclosure can enhance the tensile, holding and water resistance of the submarine cable by multiple leak-proof seal structure design and multiple securing clamping structure design.

技術特色

海纜水下固定裝置為聯結海纜與連接物中必備的一個介面，將海纜透過本裝置的結構與密封裝置來進行轉接之行為，以利電力與訊號進行傳輸。本裝置透過創意設計的鋼絲壓板與鋼絲壓環來達到動態海纜鎧裝層固定之需求，以滿足海纜在承受拉力時所需的機械強度，並裝設多層的防水墊與迷宮環來強化聯結器防水之需求，同時達到高強度與高水密之特性，以利動態海纜在經歷嚴苛海域條件下，不會因聯結裝置失效導致電力與訊號傳輸斷聯，確保系統功能性。
