技術簡介

移動式空調機具有簡單、便利及移動性等優點，不需要將冷氣安裝在固定空間。底部裝有滾輪，方便移動到所需要吹冷氣的房間，再接上電源即可使用，實現小區域個人型的空調。導入氣對液熱虹吸式熱管熱交換器，降低冷凝器空氣入口及增加冷媒過熱度，自製高效率變頻馬達＋風扇，及壓縮機變頻驅動控制等技術，提生系統效率。

Abstract

The mobile air conditioner has the advantages of simplicity, convenience, and does not need to install in a fixed space. The bottom is equipped with a roller, which is convenient to move to the room where you need to blow air-conditioning, and then connect to the power supply to use it, realizing a personal air conditioner in a small area. The installation of air-to-liquid thermosiphon heat pipe heat exchangers reduces the air inlet of the condenser and increases the superheat of the refrigerant. The self-made high-efficiency motor and fan, and compressor drive control technology improve the system efficiency.

技術規格

採用R410A或R134a冷媒，冷氣能力300~3000W之變頻移動式空調機，導入工研院研發技術，進行個人化區域之溫濕度控制，達成節能舒適目的。

1.工研院開發之熱交換器性能計算軟體，進行冷凝器與蒸發器設計。將凝結水噴灑至冷凝器上，增加散熱功能，提升熱交換性能。 2.導入氣對液熱虹吸式熱管熱交換器，降低冷凝器空氣入口及增加冷媒過熱度，高效率變頻馬達＋風扇，壓縮機變頻驅動控制等技術，提生系統效率。 3.具冷氣/除濕/清淨等功能，外觀幾何尺寸設計符合體積小、功能齊全要求。
