技術名稱: 製程環控用磁浮離心機多機運轉效率監測系統

技術簡介

高科技廠製程環控用冰水機為滿足環境溫溼度控制、製程設備冷卻、設備露點溫度控制等需求,提供穩定的冰水溫度給予空調箱、送風機、設備散熱水套等終端設備,中大型工廠熱負載高的應用場合,大多設置多台冰水機並聯供應以上所需,且冰水機之容量大多大於500冷凍噸以上,大型磁浮離心式冰水機大多為多壓縮機所構成。本技術以磁浮離心機為主要應用對象。本技術將磁浮壓縮機之內建磁控器、溫度壓力感測器、容量調整擴壓器開度機構驅動器、變頻器、冷媒循環系統溫度壓力、控制閥件開度、電力計等數據,以冰水機側的PLC、微型電腦蒐集,經由電信服務系統輸出至遠端數據伺服器儲存。再由網頁伺服器依使用者需求,提供遠端各式不同終端裝置之隨選數據、圖形結果。透過數據分析,可提供各壓縮機間之容量平衡調整;也可延伸控制機房中之各冰水機間之容量平衡。

Abstract

In order to meet the needs of environmental temperature and humidity control, process equipment cooling, and equipment dew point temperature control, the water chiller for high-tech factory process environmental control provides stable chilled water temperature for air-conditioning AHU, FCU, equipment cooling water jackets and other terminal equipment. For applications with high heat load in medium and large factories, most of them are equipped with multiple water chillers to supply the above requirements, and the capacity of the water chiller is mostly more than 500 refrigerated tons. Large-scale magnetic bearing (MB) centrifugal water chillers are mostly composed of multiple compressors. This technology takes the magnetic levitation centrifuge as the main application object. This technology integrates the built-in MB controller, temperature and pressure sensor, adjustable diffuser width opening, motor inverter, refrigerant cycle temperature and pressure, control valve opening, power meter and other data in the MB compressor. Collected by PLC and microcomputer on the side of the water chiller, output to the remote data server for storage through the telecommunication service system. Then, the web server provides remote on-demand data and graphical results of various different terminal devices according to user needs. Through data analysis, the capacity balance adjustment between each compressor can be provided. It can also be extended to control the capacity balance between water chillers in the machine room.

技術規格

1.使用Http的Client-Server架構用於冰水機資料擷取及雲端資料分析伺服器。 2.客戶端支援Modbus RTU以及Modbus TCP並提供使用者介面供使用者進行設定。 3.客戶端依據客戶的需求可自定義Analog, Digital及Alarm的資料抓取範圍。 4.客戶端提供即時資料顯示。 5.客戶端每分鐘上傳最新資訊至伺服器中(資料會進行加密及壓縮處理)。 6.若冰水機發生異常客戶端會先發出通知(Line or Telegram)並上傳近五分鐘的資訊供錯誤分析。 7.客戶端使用無風扇的鋁合金外殼,外殼帶RS232/485供使用者使用 8.客戶端使用工業級MLC顆粒的SD卡,確保使用的壽命。 9.伺服器端提供使用者介面供使用者進行最新資料查詢、歷史資料查詢、異常資料查詢以及各類抓取資訊的參數設定。

Technical Specification

1. Client-Server architecture use Http for storaging the chiller data and cloud data analysis server. 2. The client supports protocol with Modbus-RTU and Modbus-TCP to provide user setting up interface. 3. The client can define data-capture range of Analog, Digital and Alarm signal. 4. Providing the immediate data display for users. 5. The client uploads the latest information to the server per minute. (data will be encrypted and compressed) 6. If there is an abnormality in the chiller, the client will send a notification first (Line or Telegram) and upload information for the developer to analyze of five minutes nearly. 7. The client uses a no fan aluminum alloy shell which with RS-232/485 for user additionally. 8. The client uses an industrial-MLC SD card to ensure the longevity of use 9. The server side provides a user interface for users to query the latest data, historical data, abnormal data, and parameter settings for various crawling information.
