技術簡介

為提升產後護理之家與坐月子中心照護品質及效率，以及讓照護人員提供產婦、嬰兒更妥善的照護服務，相關技術包含 ●產後護理管理系統：從參訪選擇、確認住房、入住期間照護(產婦、嬰兒)，提供照護人員系統化功能進行照護管理，入住產婦亦可透過系統觀看嬰兒目前狀況或是進行服務預約。 ●移動式全時嬰兒監測技術：透過邊緣運算全時分析低延遲嬰兒臉部影像，進行溢奶、呼吸率異常偵測，提供照護人員或家屬透過手機、電腦及智慧機上盒進行觀看，提升嬰兒照護安全。

Abstract

In order to improve the quality and efficiency of care in postpartum care homes and confinement centers, and to enable caregivers to provide better care services for maternal and babies, related technologies include ●Postpartum care management system: From visit selection, housing confirmation, and care during stay (maternal and babies), it provides caregivers with systematic functions for care management. Resident maternal can also watch the baby’s current status through the system or make service appointments. ●Mobile full-time baby monitoring technology: Full-time analysis of 12 channels of mobile, low-latency baby facial images through edge computing, detection accuracy of milk spillage and abnormal breathing rate up to 95％, providing caregivers or family members through mobile phones, computers and smart set-top box to watch, improve the safety of baby care.

●產後護理管理系統：開發程式語言Java、資料庫SQL Server，可同時支援12路可移動式影像、溢奶與呼吸率異常偵測精準度達95％，整體系統包含8項系統功能模組(寶寶照護、媽媽照護、行政管理、餐點管理、帳務批價等)、5項次系統功能模組(護囑系統、媽媽頻道、生理監測系統、環境安全監控等)，並依據使用對象提供Web-based和Web-based APP兩種服務介面。 ●移動式全時嬰兒監測技術：以移動式網路攝影機擷取嬰兒影像(720P解析度(人臉大小128x256)、fps＞=15)，結合低功耗運作(3.5w/h)，透過邊緣運算AI偵測嬰兒臉部表情與提供異常警示(如溢奶、呼吸率異常)

Technical Specification

●Postpartum care management system: development programming language Java, database My SQL, including 8 system function modules (baby care, mother care, administrative management, meal management, accounting approval, etc.), 5 sub-system function modules(care advice system, mother channel, physiological monitoring system, environmental safety monitoring, etc.), and provide Web-based and Web-based APP interfaces to the users. ●Mobile full-time baby monitoring technology: Use a mobile web camera to capture baby images (720P resolution (face size 128x256), Fps＞=15), combined with low-power operation (3.5w/h), through MEC AI detects baby facial expressions and provides abnormal warnings (such as spilled milk, abnormal breathing rate)
