一種智能認知運動訓練方法,包括下列步驟。首先,顯示裝置顯示影片,其中影片包含有參考動作組以及對應參考動作組的第一動作規則指令。接著,攝影機取得使用者的回應動作組。接著,主機取得對應第一動作規則指令以及參考動作組的第一目標動作組。接著,主機將回應動作組與第一目標動作組進行比對以計算出動作正確率,當動作正確率未小於百分率閾值時,主機將第一動作規則指令更換為第二動作規則指令,其中第二動作規則指令的複雜度高於第一動作規則指令的複雜度。
Abstract
An intelligent Congni-cise training method comprise the following steps. First, a display device displays a movie, where the movie includes a reference action group and a first action rule command corresponding to the reference action group. Next, a camera obtains a user’s response action group. Then, a host obtains a first target action group corresponding to the first action rule command and the reference action group. Then, the host compares the response action group with the first target action group to calculate an action correctness. When the action correctness is not less than an percentage threshold, the host replaces the first action rule command with a second action rule command, wherein a complexity of the second action rule command is higher than a complexity of the first action rule command.
