Abstract

1.Traditional O3 generator cannot be popularized at various industries due to its high cost 2.A novel plasma reactor with special electrode designed by ITRI can effectively increase O3 productivity and reduce power of O3 generation.

技術規格

以10 g-O3/h機型為例，於常溫常壓及5~6 L/min 的O2流率條件下，產生臭氧的能量效率可達120~150 g-O3/kWh。

Technical Specification

Taking 10 g-O3/h model as an example, O3 generation efficiency can reach range between 120~150 g-O3/kWh as operating conditions are controlled at atmospheric pressure, room temperature and O2 flow rate of 5-6 L/min.

技術特色

1.全新設計的電漿反應器及電極，可於較低能量需求下產生高濃度臭氧。 2.目前原型機有10 g-O3/h及100 g-O3/h兩種規格，可供食品及醫療消毒等中小型場所使用。
