技術簡介

1.傳統脫硝技術(SCR)之觸媒易被硫氧化物、粉塵及水氣毒化，且操作門檻、設置及操作成本高，對業者負荷重，以致無法應用於中小企業場域。 2.臭氧氧化脫硝技術可將NOx氧化為較高氧化態、容易水洗去除的氮氧化物，再搭配洗滌技術將其去除，脫硝效率可達＞90％。

Abstract

1.Traditional de-NOx technology (SCR), in which catalyst suffers from SOx, PM and water vapor, resulting in deactivation of catalyst. Also, high operating threshold, capital and operating cost lead to low willingness for small-medium scaled industries. 2.O3 can effectively oxidize NOx into nitrogen oxide with higher oxidation state, which can easily be removed by scrubber (De-NOx: ＞90％). This technology developed by ITRI not only possesses good tolerance for SOx, PM and water vapor, but also lower operating threshold, capital and operating cost.

技術規格

本技術以臭氧作為氧化劑，在氧化反應塔將NOx氧化為較高氧化態的氮氧化物，接續以酸鹼洗滌塔將前述產物去除。

Technical Specification

This technology uses O3 as oxidant to convert NOx into nitrogen oxide with higher oxidation state, which can easily be removed by washing method.
