以無光罩數位圖案化技術製作靜電防護薄膜元件並整合於RDL，提供厚膜與薄膜堆疊圖案化之製程整合解決方案，未來可應用於面板級扇出型系統級封裝新產品
Abstract
This technology uses digital lithography technology to manufacture electrostatic protection devices and integrate them into RDL. Further provide process integration solutions for thick film and thin film stack patterning, which can be applied to new panel-level fan-out system-in-package products in the future
