Abstract

Develop the real-time grinding process monitoring system and data visualization interface technology of ultra-precision machining intelligent service technology to effectively reduce the misjudgment of human monitoring and increase the added value of the equipment.

技術規格

於輪磨機上安裝SECS/GEM通訊模組(SMB)，存取設備資料，數據傳輸速率＞=1 sec，即時存取與上拋設備狀態參數≧3種，功能參數顯示≧5組，加工參數分析≧3種。

Technical Specification

Install the SECS/GEM communication module (SMB) on the grinder. The app take data transmission rate ≧ 1 serie / sec, real-time upload and save grinder status parameters ≧ 3 types, function parameter display ≧5 groups, processing parameter analysis ≧ 3 types.
