技術簡介

智慧故障診斷技術，應用於伺服機電模組，使用電氣訊號(電流、電壓)，監測機電模組運行狀況，並分析機電模組訊號特徵與故障狀態，實現故障診斷，可提升機電系統可靠度與安全性。

Abstract

The intelligent fault diagnosis technology completed this year is applied to servo electromechanical modules. It used electrical signals (current, voltage) to monitor the operation status of electromechanical modules. And analyze the signal characteristics and fault status of electromechanical modules to achieve fault diagnosis, which can improve the Electromechanical system reliability and safety.

技術特色

由於永磁同步電機(PMSM)擁有較高的功率密度及工作效率等優點，廣泛應用於產業上，機台的維護排程成為一項重要的課題，因此提供智慧故障診斷的方式，能於馬達故障發生時，可即時診斷故障狀態，甚至發揮容錯控制功能，避免嚴重故障發生。
