技術簡介

本技術主要應用於迴轉式機械設備及組件之振動訊號分析，特別是可用於變轉速運轉之機械(需可透過Modbus TCP通訊協定取得即時轉速資訊)，並具備固定式預診模組、可攜式檢測裝置、微型監測模組等多種應用形式，於取得轉速及振動訊號後，即可依不同應用形式建立即時狀態監測、預測及診斷功能。

Abstract

The proposed technique focuses on the vibration monitoring, prognosis, and diagnosis of rotating machineries, especially for variable speed machineries once the rotating speed can be acquired via Modbus TCP protocol. Various modules such as prognosis monitoring module, portable devices, and edge condition monitoring solution are available for user’s convinient.

技術規格

適用於迴轉機械設備，等效振動頻譜解析度10 Hz，軟體部份具專案管理、訊號資料庫、自動特徵及診斷運算等功能，資訊輸出包含轉動軸、軸承、齒輪嚙合、倍頻等10項以上特徵頻率分量。

Technical Specification

Suitable for rotating machineries, with an equivalent frequency spectrum resolution of 10 Hz. The supplied software has functions such as project management, signal database, automatic features and diagnosis calculations, while the output data includes more than 10 characteristic frequency components such as rotating shafts, bearings, gear meshing, and their harmonics.

技術特色

本技術透過振動及轉速訊號的同步分析，於時頻階次譜上萃取出與機械狀態相關的關鍵特徵，使其不因轉速變動而失去分析意義；且因具備固定式預診模組、可攜式檢測裝置、微型監測模組等多種應用形式，於機械設備之試運轉品檢、出貨後檢測、定期檢測/長期監測、售服出勤檢測等全生命週期皆適用。
