The process data can be collected from the metal forming equipment to create an analysis module through the material characteristics, which can achieve 85％ fidelity and 60％ optimization efficiency.

收集金屬成型設備上成型間的沖頭2個狀態數據(包含移動位置與時間)，將製程數據透過材料3個特性(包含應力、應變與應變率)建立分析模組，製程其擬真度可達85％，優化效益為60％。

Technical Specification

The process data is collected from two states of the punch (including movement position and time) on the metal forming machine, and the analysis module is built by using three characteristics of the material (including stress, strain, and strain rate), and the process can achieve 85％ fidelity and 60％ optimization efficiency.
