技術簡介
建立光路品質轉譯量化模組，可量化光束品質，並將光學參數圖像化；開發Laser Opt. APP並搭配建立等聚焦光學模組與光路徑補償模組，進行精度補償優化，提升光學精度品質。
Abstract
Establish laser beam quality translation quantization module, which can quantify the beam quality and visualize optical parameters; develop Laser Opt. APP and establish an isofocus optical module and optical path compensation module to optimize the precision compensation and improve the quality of optical accuracy.
