技術名稱: 數位實境化學災害指揮系統訓練模組

技術簡介

本技術主要基於工研院針對化災應變的專業經驗,用以建構開發一套數位實境化學災害指揮系統訓練模組,該技術主要利用數位實境模擬技術,建立一虛擬救災兵棋推演系統,可讓操作人員自行執行編排事故發生進程,並可隨時調控不同災害類型及環境條件,而受訓人員可藉由第一、三人稱視角,並採同時多人共訓方式,使應變人員能熟悉化災事故應變流程、分工與運作,該模組亦導入美國聯邦緊急事務管理署之事故指揮應變系統ICS(Incident Command System)概念,使參訓學員可動態擬定應變策略戰術,此系統亦能大幅降地傳統訓練模式耗時費力問題,並提供企業員工對於化學災害事故指揮系統沈浸式學習訓練。

Abstract

The digital reality training simulation module (DRTSM) for chemical incident command system is developed by ITRI. This module combines the ITRI existed local chemical incident response experience with US FEMA Incident Command System (ICS) concept. In order to developing each unique virtual training scenario, all the incident scripts, time and environment could be created or redesigned by owner itself. High quality immersive 3D models are also used in this system. In DRTSM, trainees need to establish their own ICS in reality on each virtual incident scenario. All trainees should collect and consider the different conditions such as: weather, terrain and the damage evaluation. With the DRTSM, it also can help the organized command system to get the different strategics and views in chemical incident handling. To compared with the traditional training, DRTSM not only could reduce the people training cost, but also time spending. This system also could be an efficiency pre-employment training way to the enterprise first-responder.

1.透過本單位24小時全年無休化學災害監控,提供我國本土不同類型災害事故應變情境訓練 2.訓練模式可多人同步進行,並透過平板方式臨時調控不同情境,並可結合Incident Command System (ICS)概念訓練現場應變指揮體系戰略 3.內建2000種以上模組化3D物件,使用者可自行規劃情境及匯入自身3D模組,可自套入常見化災事故洩漏情境設定,應變程序亦可即時給予錯誤註記及紀錄,便於後續檢討
