技術簡介

LED線性電源因具有成本低、體積小、無電磁干擾問題、架構簡單等優勢，常應用於室內燈具以及體積較受限的燈具電源。市售線性電源IC普遍效率不高(約75％)，並且具有因為電流盲區和光強度不同而造成閃爍的問題需要解決。因此本技術架構用以解決目前LED線性電源於效率不佳以及閃爍等問題，可因應現行照明規範，電源模組性能優於同級產品。

Abstract

Because of the advantages of low cost, small size, no electromagnetic interference problems, and simple structure, LED linear power supplies are often used in indoor lamps and lamps with limited volume. Commercially available linear power ICs are generally inefficient (about 75％) and have issues with flickering due to current dead zones and different light intensities. Therefore, this technical framework is used to solve the problems of poor efficiency and flickering of the current LED linear power supply, and can meet the current lighting specifications, and the performance of the power supply module is better than that of products of the same level.

技術特色

本技術相關專利可達成薄型化燈具需求，並同時擁有高效率及低閃爍特性，線性電源DOB目前已於試量產階段。 可不需要輔助繞組與磁性元件，採用低壓取電方式，大幅降低效率的損耗，在線性電源架構下提供一組低電壓且數十mA等級的電壓源給通訊模組使用，並可以整合在IC晶片內，免去過多的外部零散元件，一顆線性驅動IC可以同時驅動LED也可以供輔助電源給通訊模組做為調光及雙向監控使用。
