技術簡介
PMMA(Polymethylmethacrylate,聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯)是一種常用透明模塑材料,生產與加工過程中經常產生PMMA細碎邊角料,本技術可將邊角料經熱裂解及蒸餾純化回收高純度單體MMA(Methyl Methacrylate,甲基丙烯酸甲酯),可重新回到製程中使用。
Abstract
PMMA(Polymethylmethacrylate) is a widely used transparent plastic material. During production process, leftover pieces of PMMA are often generated. For increasing the economic benefit of the PMMA industry, this technology can decompose PMMA leftovers into MMA monomer by pyrolysis process. Furthermore, high purity r-MMA can be obtained by distillation. The r-MMA consists with the specification which can recycle back into manufacture process.
