技術簡介
1.傳統脫硝技術(SCR)之脫硝效率易受煙氣條件影響,且操作門檻、設置及操作成本高,對業者負荷重,以致無法應用於中小企業場域
2.高級催化氧化之脫硝程序可將NOx氧化為較高氧化態、易水洗去除之物種,若搭配洗滌技術,脫硝效率可達>99%。
Abstract
1. Performance of traditional de-NOx technology (SCR) suffers from complicated flue gas conditions. Also, high operating threshold, capital and operating cost lead to low willingness for small-medium scaled industries.
2. Advance catalytic oxidation process can effectively convert NOx into nitrogen oxide with higher oxidation state, which can easily be removed by scrubber of downstream. (De-NOx: >99%).
技術規格
本技術利用電漿產生之活性物種作為氧化劑,並於觸媒反應塔將NOx氧化為較高氧化態的氮氧化物,接續以酸鹼洗滌塔將前述產物去除。
Technical Specification
This technology uses reactive species generated from plasm as oxidant, which can react on surface of catalyst to convert NOx into nitrogen oxide with higher oxidation state. Then, nitrogen oxide with higher oxidation state can easily be removed by washing method.

1.可於室溫操作,無加熱需求。
2.操作門檻低,具應用彈性,適合中小企業場域。
