技術簡介

PLC轉譯與網路佈建工具計畫案的驗證規劃，開發PLC場域參數設定自動蒐集與紀錄技術及客製化網路佈建加速工具，前者，透過場域資訊模型導入PLC解析模組，可縮短PLC解析模組掃描與解析時間。後者，透過可視化的參數調整及樣本匯入儲存，縮短網路佈建及系統調整所需時間。

Abstract

Data Translation and Network Deployment project. we developed an automatic site parameter acquisition technique and a customized network deployment acceleration tool. The former can reduce processing time of a PLC data automatic acquisition module by importing site information models. Through visualized parameter setup and template related mechanisms, the latter can shorten the time spent for the adjustment of network deployment and system parameter.

技術特色

PLC轉譯工具結合現場數據，再經由位址決策引擎來找出機台生產數據之物理意義與PLC資料位址之對應，降低PLC解譯時間，將原本需要長時間的人工轉譯改變為系統轉譯驗證，減少人工解析與比對的時間，可達85％以上，縮短導入時程，降低成本。
