透過現場物料所繫之定位終端訊號蒐集及分析產出位置資訊,更進一步可以儲位燈縮短物料搜尋時間,經紡織場域實驗驗證可縮短物料搜尋時間82.5%,由原20分鐘,縮短為3.5分鐘。
Abstract
Through collecting and analyzing the positioning signal generated by positioing terminals attached to the concerned resource, ones can obtain its corresponding location. The searching time will be further reduced by enabling the embedded light. Experiment results show that the total time spent for resource search in textile factory will be reduced from 20 minutes to 3.5 minutes (82.5%).
