技術簡介
以農業廢棄物再利用所製成的生物炭(如蓮霧枝、棗樹枝等)作為益菌類(如芽孢桿菌類)的載體,結合生物炭的篩選與接菌、培菌等技術之綜合已成功達成包埋技術規格(菌落量≧108 CFU/g),可量化製作為農業友善環境栽培用資材(如土壤生物改質劑、微生物肥料、生物病蟲害防治劑等)。
Abstract
The biochar made by reusing agricultural wastes (such as wax apple branches, jujube branches, etc.) is used as a carrier for beneficial bacteria (such as bacillus),which combines the selection of biochar with the integration of inoculation, culture and other technologies. Successfully reached the technical specifications for embedding (colony amount ≧108 CFU/g), and can quantify the production of materials that can be used for agricultural-friendly environmental cultivation. (such as soil biological modifiers, microbial fertilizers, biological pest control agents, etc.).
