技術簡介
金屬加工產業(如:研磨、拋光、去毛邊),大量仰賴人力研磨拋光,但現場作業環境噪音粉塵嚴重,面臨缺工問題,加上世代斷層年輕人不願意加入勞力密集產業,因此研磨經驗傳承困難,導致品質穩定度不佳。若導入機器人教導費時,工件換線時間冗長,需費大量時間調整路徑與製程參數,新工件耗時7-14個工作日,加上客戶生產模式的改變,造成頻繁換線生產現象,工件外型複雜,使得彈性製造無法實現
Abstract
The metal processing industries, such as grinding, polishing, deburring, etc, are labor-intensive industries. The human resource issue due to the Dirty, Dangerous, and full of Dust environment is not appealing to the young generation. More than that the quality and the defective rate are not controllable by human worker. Most of all the looming retirement wave of senior workers is within 5 years.
