技術簡介

演算法會依據歷史訂單商品資料透過大量數據統整後分析，完成關聯性矩陣後，並依據數據得出此商品性質為多商品訂單或是單商品訂單，而商品入庫擺放可依照關聯性矩陣資料計算出與各商品的相關性，進一步推薦與此商品有相關的商品擺放建議。

Abstract

The algorithm will analyze the historical order product data through a large amount of data. After completing the correlation matrix, it can be concluded from the data that the nature of the product is a multi-commodity order or a single-commodity order, and the product storage can be placed according to the correlation matrix. The data calculates the correlation with each product, and further recommends product placement suggestions related to this product.

技術特色

1.把對的量(需量)放入揀貨儲架中，並把訂購相關性高之商品要擺放在同一儲貨箱/架，減少儲載具進出倉或移動次數，達成儲箱(架)利用最佳化、移動最小化 2.應用Random Forest (隨機森林)決策樹演算法推估需求模型，建議最適放入AMR的數量 3.以Model-based Collaborative Filtering進行高稀疏矩陣降維，萃取潛在偏好因子，推導品項間關聯強度；尚需進一步考慮商品重量、材積及AMR的荷重平衡度，以安排入儲位置。
