Abstract
Develop the wheel wear rate analysis and sample thickness prediction module of ultra-precision machining intelligent service technology to effectively reduce the misjudgment of human monitoring and increase the added value of the equipment.
技術規格
於輪磨機上安裝SECS/GEM通訊模組(SMB),透過電子設備類通訊架構將資訊存入雲端資料庫,數據傳輸速率>=1 sec,透過分析資料庫數據預估砂輪與樣品間的加工磨耗量以及樣品的加工厚度誤差,預計將可節省加工成本≧10%,降低不良率<5%,並提高製程效率≧20%。
Technical Specification
APPs need to install SECE/GEM communication module in SMB. The electrical communication structure module can save device data to the cloud database with a data transfer speed of >= 1 second. The database analyzes the grinding wheel wear rate and the sample thickness error. The APPs can save processing costs by >= 10%, reduce the defective rate by < 5%, and improve process efficiency by >= 20%.
