技術簡介

透過感測器監測射出機3項主要耗電元件(如：馬達、電加熱器、冷卻水泵等)實際耗能數據，透過能耗數據報表與歷史統計2項功能，協助廠商進行設備能耗分析。

Abstract

The energy consumption monitoring module: establish the actual energy consumption data of 3 main power consumption components (such as motor, electric heater, cooling water pump), and realize the two functions of manufacturing energy consumption report and historical statistics to assist the industry instantly grasps the control of production electricity costs.

技術規格

於設備機台主要耗能元件上安裝智慧電表，量測機台實際能耗數據。透過軟體建置的資料庫進行數據儲存、與數據統計，並透過瀏覽器提供圖表介面供使用者快速瀏覽。

Technical Specification

Install a smart meter on the main energy-consuming components of the equipment to measure the actual energy consumption data of the machine. Data storage and data statistics are carried out through the database built by the software, and a graphical interface is provided through the browser for users to browse quickly.
