Abstract

Select the relevant acceleration gauge installed in the linear slide rail of the mold mechanism of the extrusion machine to capture relevant vibration information, and establish a smart omen diagnosis system with functions such as health evaluation and abnormal early warning decision-making, so as to serve as failure early warning and planning Basis for maintenance

提供兩大功能:健康評價模組針對振動量、頻譜特徵值建立模型，掌握關鍵組件健康狀況。 趨勢預測模組依據健康度指標，建立預測模型，延長平均可運作時間(MTTF)。

Technical Specification

Provides two functions: The health evaluation module builds models for vibration quantities and spectrum characteristic values to handle the health status of key components. The trend prediction module builds a prediction model based on the health index to extend the mean time to operation (MTTF).
