技術簡介

本技術針對偏鄉醫療、巡迴醫療及機構篩檢等服務情境，提供適用性高的輕量化軟殼式醫療包，配備各式輕量化醫材 (包含傷口機、眼底鏡、五官鏡、耳鏡、肺量計、心電圖與超音波等共10項)，可彈性、隨選化快速plug in整合，並依場域需求進行客製化。硬體部分，醫療包外側附有充電孔，提供醫材設備即放即充的功能，以確保醫療檢測服務不中斷；而在軟體的部分，智慧醫學助理系統(Intelligent Medical Assistant Solution；iMAS)則提供完善的個案管理機制，包含行政作業、醫材檢測、個案管理、協作溝通、紀錄申報與醫資介接(FHIR/DICOM)等功能，皆可於此系統一次完成，提升醫護人員操作便利性、節省檢測與紀錄時間、強化醫護雙向溝通及縮短申報流程，藉以有效改善整體照護品質。

Abstract

This technology is mainly aimed at service scenarios such as rural medical care, itinerant medical care, and institutional screening. It provides a lightweight soft-shell medical bag with high applicability, equipped with at least 10 lightweight medical kits (including Wound Machines, Ophthalmoscopes, Digital Medical Scope, Spirometer, 12 leads ECG and Handheld Ultrasound, etc.), can be flexible, on-demand and fast plug-in integration. Also, it can be customized according to the needs of the medical institutions. When it comes to the hardware of our technology, there is a charging hole on the outside of the medical bag, which provides the function of charging and discharging medical equipment to ensure uninterrupted medical testing services; while in the software part, the Intelligent Medical Assistant Solution (iMAS) provide a comprehensive case management mechanism, including administrative operations, medical kits testing, case management, collaboration and communication, reporting and medical information intermediary (through FHIR/DICOM), which can be completed in this system at one time, improving the operability for medical staff , save testing and recording time, strengthen two-way communication between doctors and nurses, and shorten the reporting process, so as to effectively improve the overall quality of medical care.

*多寶盒型醫咖go(硬體) ˙整合至少10項輕量化醫材設備 ˙彈性化隨選醫材檢測設備，可快速完成軟硬整合，滿足特定醫療模式 ˙箱體外部設置充電插槽，並採即放即充之充電模式，可對箱體內之所有醫材設備統一充電，使巡診服務不中斷 ˙可容納至少3件隨放即用醫材包 *iMAS智慧醫療資訊平台(軟體) ˙解決偏鄉、聯網環境不穩等情形，系統採離線使用模式進行資料傳輸 ˙可定義儲存的資料欄位並應用跨科別概念，進行資料儲存及匯入與匯出 ˙多對多隨放即用Smart Gateway模組–提供無紙化電子病歷、醫材快速配對上傳，提升作業效率(設定、傳輸、登打、查詢等)，時間留給醫療照護行為 ˙建立整合式個案管理介面，提供行政作業、醫材檢測、個案管理、協作溝通、紀錄申報與醫資介接等完整服務操作流程及功能 ˙提供醫囑圖標註，取代原有醫師使用純文字描述方式，利用圖文相輔模式降低醫護人員溝通效率；以個案為中心之跨科別照護協作與Team Based溝通系統建置與驗證，居家/機構醫療團隊可主動拋轉檢測影像、數據，轉介專科醫師諮詢並回饋診斷及建議 ˙整合健保/長照申報項目，包含ICD-10 診斷碼、案件分類、醫令類別及項目代碼與長照服務項目，結合個案病資與檢測資訊、提供健保/長照申報檔匯出、協助醫護人員後續申報

Technical Specification

*Multi treasure-box type eCargo (Hardware) ˙Integrate at least 10 lightweight medical kits ˙Flexible on-demand medical inspection equipment can quickly complete software and hardware integration to fit specific medical models. ˙The charging slot is set outside the box, and it adopts the charging mode of instant charging, which can charge all the medical kits in the box uniformly, so that the inspection service will not be interrupted. ˙Holds at least 3 drop-and-go medical kits *Intelligent medical information platform, iMAS (Software) ˙Offline mode system for data transmission, which can solve the situation of remote villages and unstable network environment. ˙Configurable data field and multi-division concepts for data storage, import and export. ˙Many-to-many Smart Gateway module – provides paperless electronic medical records and quick pairing and uploading of medical materials, improving operational efficiency (setting, transmission, logging, querying, etc.), leaving time for medical care. ˙An integrated case management interface which provide comprehensive service such as administrative operations, medical material testing, case management, collaboration and communication, record reporting, and medical information intermediation. ˙Provide labeling for orders, to reduce the misunderstanding of the medical staff on each other; Case-centered cross-disciplinary care collaboration and Team Based communication system construction and verification, home/institutional medical teams can actively transfer detection images and data, refer specialists for consultation and feedback diagnosis and suggestions. ˙Integrate health insurance/long-term care declaration items, including ICD-10 diagnosis code, case classification, medical order category and item code, and long-term care service items, combine individual case medical records and testing information, provide health insurance/long-term care declaration file export, and assist medical care Personnel follow-up declaration

技術特色

一只皮箱整合各式醫材，從身分識別、檢測醫資讀取/歸檔、追蹤管理、醫護溝通、報告匯出與申報管理皆可一條龍快速完成，大幅提升醫事人員系統操作便利性與機動性，讓醫事服務走出醫院、走入社區。

應用範圍

為有效解決台灣的偏遠地區、山地醫療可近性不足、器材負擔重、科技與場域鏈結不足等議題，本技術乃針對居家醫療照護及機構篩檢等服務模式，開發實際場域臨床人員適用性高的輕量化軟殼式醫療包，以協助護理人員、社工人員或其他專業人員在案家、社區/村落與機構，快速組合醫材應用，解決病患及醫護人員醫療檢測的需求。

■使用者 : 需具備護理專業知能、資訊設備操作經驗 ■系統維護者 ˙需具備熟悉MySQL 規劃、安裝、設定、管理、維護能力，能獨立設計Table、View及建立E-R Model與SQL語法撰寫。 ˙需具備Java軟體與Android實務開發經驗、熟悉Spring(Spring MVC、Spring Boot)、Hibernate、JPA等Framework與後端API / WebServices介接設計。 ˙需具備網頁設計(HTML/CSS/Javascript) 實務開發經驗
