技術簡介
多元料源蛋白酶菌劑包含具多元蛋白質分解活性菌株一株。於pH 4酸性環境可酵解大豆抗性蛋白(beta-conglycinin),可耐受95oC,30秒高溫處理。於37 oC酵解1小時可有效降解大豆抗性蛋白。於固態培養基上具有可酵解牛奶蛋白及吉利丁能力。菌株通過農業科技研究院毒力測試,無偵測到毒力因子及人類治病相關因子,且同菌屬(Genus)之菌有多株列於飼料添加正面表列,具開發成飼料添加菌種潛力。
Abstract
This bacterial reagent contains a strain of bacteria with board range proteolytic activity. It has significant soybean beta-conglycinin digestion activity at pH 4, and can withstand high temperature treatment at 95 oC for 30 seconds. Fermentation at 37 oC for 1 hour can effectively degrade soybean resistance protein. It has the ability to digest milk protein and gelatin on agar medium as well. The strain has passed the virulence test of Agricultural Technology Research Institute, and no virulence factors and human disease-related factors have been detected. Further, several strains from the same genus are listed in the positive lists for animal feed additives in Taiwan. This bacterial reagent has a potential to be a novel animal feed additives.

本技術開發蛋白分解活性菌株,無須特殊處理,於特定酸性條件下具有良好蛋白酶活性。對於應用在飼料添加產品上,可減低後端製程的複雜度,降低成本。可分解多元蛋白的特性,未來也可應用於多元生質料源分解,提高生質廢棄物去化率。
