技術簡介

一種智慧除霜控制系統，其包含處理器及記憶體。處理器與溫度控制設備連接。記憶體與處理器連接，並儲存結霜門檻值。其中，處理器進入運作模式並執行比對程序以取得溫度控制設備的溫度控制器設定值及運轉參數，且根據溫度控制器設定值及運轉參數計算結霜特徵值，再將結霜特徵值與結霜門檻值比較以在結霜特徵值超過結霜門檻值時控制溫度控制設備進行除霜。

Abstract

An intelligent defrosting control system includes a processor and a memory. The processor is connected to a temperature control equipment. The memory is connected to the processor and saves a frosting threshold. The processor enters an operational mode and executes a comparison process to obtain the temperature controller setting values and operational parameters of the temperature control equipment. Then, the processor calculates a frosting characteristic value according to the temperature controller setting values and operational parameters. Afterward, the processor compares the frosting characteristic value with the frosting threshold in order to control the temperature control equipment to perform defrosting when the frosting characteristic value exceeds the frosting threshold.

技術特色

本技術冷凍櫃智慧式除霜控制方法目標為取代傳統時序型除霜控制，根據歷史數據學習蒸發器結霜特徵，當系統偵測到冷凍櫃蒸發器結冰時，才發出命令至冷凍櫃進行除霜，進而降低除霜頻率，減少不必要之耗能。
