技術簡介

磁浮壓縮機上位控制技術用於磁浮離心式壓縮機的容量調整與保護機制，能連接使用者人機介面、可程式化邏輯控制器、變頻器、主動式磁浮軸承控制器等，根據使用者需求操作冰水機進行負載調節。上位控制器內建壓縮機特性曲線，依據使用者需求、溫度和壓力量測數值，操作變頻器、可變擴壓寬度或IGV機構，避開壓縮機喘振區域並完成加載、卸載動作。同時監測冰水機多項指標，能迅速發現異常操作並進行保護。冰水機內部透過磁浮壓縮機上位控制技術整合後，能降低成本、提升周邊部件靈活性，有效提升產品競爭力。

Abstract

Maglev compressor upper control technology is used for capacity adjustment and protection of maglev centrifugal compressors. It can be connected to human-machine interface, programmable logic controller, inverter, active magnetic bearing controller, etc. To regulation the chiller load condition according to user. The upper controller has a built-in compressor characteristic curve. Operates the inverter, variable diffuser or IGV mechanism according to the user’s needs, temperature and pressure measurement values, avoiding the compressor surge area and completing the load increasing and decreasing actions. Simultaneous monitoring of multiple indicators of the chiller can quickly detect abnormalities situation and provide protection. After the integration of the upper control technology of the maglev compressor inside the chiller, it can reduce costs, improve the flexibility of peripheral components, and effectively enhance product competitiveness.
