技術簡介
本發明涉及1,4-二氮雜二環[2.2.2]辛烷衍生之四級銨鹽之製備方法,所述材料組成物含有至少一種陽離子化合物且與至少一種陰離子化合物,其中的至少一種陽離子化合物為1,4-二氮雜二環[2.2.2]辛烷四級銨鹽,而至少一種陰離子化合物為烷基磷酸鹽。本發明所述材料亦涉及吸收式熱泵包含此發明之吸收劑及其應用於水氣的吸收。
Abstract
The present invention involves preparations of quaternary ammonium salts, derived from 1,4-diazabicyclo[2.2.2]octane, comprising at least one cation and one anion. Among these, at least one cation is 1,4-diazabicyclo[2.2.2]octane ammonium and at least one anion is alkylphosphate. The materials of the present invention also involves as water vapor absorbents for absorption heat pump.
技術規格
本研究製備之吸收材料具備在5~20°C(吸收端)與33% LiCl有相當的平衡水氣蒸氣壓,顯示其強吸水性,以及在15與50°C及15與60°C(脫附端)的水氣蒸氣壓差異比LiCl較大,顯示本發明材料可在較低溫下脫除吸收的水氣,可低溫再生。此外,本發明開發之材料具極低之金屬腐蝕性。
Technical Specification
Absorbents reported in this research have comparable equilibrium water vapor pressure at 5~20°C (absorption) with that of 33% LiCl aqueous solution, revealing their strong water absorbing abilities. Furthermore, their equilibrium water vapor pressure differences between 15/50°C and 15/60°C (regeneration), respectively, are larger than that of 33% LiCl aqueous solution, showing water removal of these materials can be carried out at lower temperature for regeneration. In addition, these newly developed materials possess excellent metal corrosion resistance.
技術特色
此新型吸收劑於15°C下使用45~50°C低溫再生,可達露點5°C,若使用80°C再生,可達露點-20°C。此材料對金屬具極低腐蝕性。
