電表便利貼 為家庭用電懸線把脈

在油電價格高漲的今日,使用者只要使用「電表便利貼」就可以輕鬆知道家裡各式家電的耗電量,馬上進行用電控制。電表便利貼使用者不必停電裝電表、不需實際接觸電力傳輸的金屬導線,甚至不用動用任何的工具,只要將電表便利貼直接扣合於一般的電源線,如同中醫把脈的最高境界──懸線把脈,即可獲得用電資訊。

「其實電表便利貼的原理很簡單,就是國民教育七、八年級學過的『法拉第電磁感應定律』的延伸應用。」綠能所民生節能研究室經理林政廷笑稱,只要查維基百科,就可以知道基本電磁學的法拉第定律是「任何封閉電路中感應電動勢的大小,等於穿過這一電路磁通量的變化率」,只要結合線圈、磁鐵與IC貼片,便能偵測到電流,「最困難以及創新的部分,就是線圈配比,並且需要研發一套自我校正演算法。」林政廷說。

相較於插座式電表,工研院電表便利貼的體積更小,安裝簡便,並且可免除以往傳統式電錶電流過載即會燒融的風險。台灣約1,200萬個家庭,每戶平均擁有十樣以上的小家電,電表便利貼技術已完全移轉給電力資訊業者,準備量產上市,初估價格約美金20元左右,讓民眾花小錢就可輕易掌握耗電量,未來也計畫結合無線通訊技術,輕鬆匯整各式家電的用電量,大為提升節能效率。
