微結構側向式太陽能集光器 把窗戶變太陽能板

這項技術將導光式太陽能集光板(膜)和微量的太陽能電池片整合,開發出屋頂型太陽能系統與窗戶型建築整合太陽能(BIPV)系統,可節省大量矽晶電池片的成本,且維持窗戶本身的透明感。

「過去太陽能板只能死死地放在原地,不僅占空間,發電效率也不夠好,雖然後來有開發出窗戶型的太陽能系統,消費者卻抱怨窗戶變成咖啡色,看久了心情不好。」機械所先進製造核心技術組經理林暉雄指出,工研院首創高透光、高發電微結構膜片技術,可以簡易貼覆於透明玻璃板即可發電,大量節省矽晶電池片使用量,並可加速平價電網(Grid Parity)的實現。

這項技術可以廣泛運用於大樓的窗戶、建材、屋頂或太陽能電廠中,已經和暉光日新、奇菱科技這兩家公司進行量產合作開發。未來除了綠建築屋頂外,還可應用於植物工廠、大眾運輸系統的窗戶天窗、候車棚或充電站,讓綠色發電與智慧電網的整合力同步發酵。
