多自由度仿人手機械手掌

技術簡介

 機械手掌。
機械手掌。

仿生人手可彌補斷掌人員缺手不便,以多自由度人手提供日常生活所需之動作。也可以當成機械手臂端校器使用,提高機器人與人類手工具相容性。

特色與創新

  • 手指的設計為欠驅動機構,使手指的基指關節的運動與近指關節的運動相耦合,使其運動關係與人手相應關節的運動關係相似。
  • 全系統相容機器人作業系統(Robot Operating System;ROS),可快速整合來自全球各式機械手臂及感測器軟體功能,且可持續擴充。
  • 體積小、輕量、成本低廉之仿生人手;結構簡單、容易使用與維護。

應用與效益

機器人用的多功能終端效應器,無夾治具輔助;智慧義肢,遠端控制與操作靈敏的動作。
