咖啡油多元醇PU發泡技術

技術簡介

 工研院以綠色化學的概念,充分利用回收的廢棄咖啡渣,以咖啡油多元醇合成生質聚氨酯(Polyurethane; PU)技術與咖啡油PU微孔發泡技術,協助業者成功建立微多孔膜咖啡油PU薄膜複合織物與咖啡油PU 微孔發泡複合織物等製造技術。

協助業者成功建立微多孔膜咖啡油PU薄膜複合織物與咖啡油PU 微孔發泡複合織物等製造技術,開發高機能性咖啡泡棉紡織產品。

具有保暖、夾層防護、防撞及消除異味等功能,可增強運動與休閒的安全性與舒適性,已獲得國際知名品牌服裝業採用,將無毒無害、高機能性產品綠色技術的概念導入傳統產業,大幅提升臺灣紡織加工業者的競爭力。
