 鞋底塗膠機器人自動化設備
鞋底塗膠機器人自動化設備

開發可應用於鞋底塗膠的自動加工系統,並透過軟體加值概念,以增加產品的競爭力。自主研發機器手臂的運動軟體與控制技術,降低人工塗膠加工的負擔,應付少量多樣化的鞋底形狀之挑戰。

特色與創新

  • 快速換線能力:透過雷射輪廓掃描器取得鞋底輪廓後,將其轉換成機器手臂語言,再由機器手臂執行鞋底塗膠動作,用以應付客製化的鞋底塗膠工作。
  • 最佳化運動控制:最佳化軌跡規劃功能提升加工速度,並且過程中維持等速,不受線段長度的影響而降速。

應用與效益

開發最佳化運動軟體於機器手臂塗膠動作,提升國內製鞋業者的生產效率,直接有助於業者承接少量客製化工件訂單的能力。
