工研院設計創新組團隊運用服務與體驗設計能力，協助文曲星創新團隊將手寫字轉換為數位字型的服務進產品體驗與流程重新設計。已成功推出募資產品：包含守寫造字日曆及字型運用 APP。

Abstract

ITRI Design Team is assisting a small innovation team- Writes.tw （守寫字）to redesign its previous ambitious yet unsuccessful project- a product/service that would digitize people’s handwriting into individual typefaces. We help the team reprioritize the product and service features, studied and interviewed potential users, and redesigned the entire business model. The product is bound for a 3rd-4th quarter launch in 2022 on a major crowdfunding platform.
