技術簡介
本技術採用半導體飽和吸收鏡鎖模技術可以自啟動鎖模,相較其它固態鎖模雷射光梳具有操作簡易的特性。透過高非線性光纖的非線性效應雷射光梳的光譜可以擴展到八度光頻寬,以f-2f自參考技術測得的偏差頻率在100 kHz解析頻寬下的訊噪比大於40 dB。穩頻到微波頻率標準,每一根光梳頻率的穩定度可達6x10E-13 @1s,準確度可達10E-14(依微波標準而定)。重複率高達500 MHz,是目前市面上重複率最高的自參考穩頻飛秒光纖雷射光梳。
Abstract
The technology uses the semiconductor saturable absorber mirror to start the mode-locking and can turn-key self-start the mode-locking. The fs fiber laser comb is more operation-friendly than other type of mode-locked solid state laser comb. The optical spectrum is expanded to octave-spanning using highly nonlinear fiber. The carrier-envelope-offset beat signal can reach S/N ratio of more than 40 dB at resolution bandwidth of 100 kHz. When stabilized to an RF frequency standard, each comb line can have a frequency stability of 5x10E-13 @1s and accuracy of 10E-14 (depending on the RF standard, whichever applies first). The repetition rate can reach 500 MHz, which is the highest of self-referenced fiber laser comb in the current market.
