The manufacturing optimization management platform includes functions such as process parameters and path optimization, production information visualization, and manufacturing data to improve product quality and increase production capacity.

技術規格

1.機台通訊與串連:適用Fanuc、西門子、海德漢與國產等商用控制器: 稼動率更新頻率為30秒更新一次,可連機台數目不限 2.稼動率可視化:機台主軸加工扭力預測、加工切削力預測,遇到不合理切削條件,可進行切削保護 3.主軸負載與切削力預測:機台主軸加工扭力預測、加工切削力預測,遇到不合理切削條件,可進行切削保護 4.加工優化:加工切深與轉速優化分析

1.Machine connection:For Fanuc,Siemens, HEIDENHAIN and domestic controllers 2.Utilization rate Visualization: The update rate of the activity rate is updated once every 30 seconds, and the number of machines connection can be unlimited. 3.Spindle load and cutting force prediction:Machine spindle machining torque prediction, machining cutting force prediction, cutting protection under unreasonable cutting conditions 4.Processing optimization: Processing depth and speed optimization analysis
