技術名稱: 嵌入式水系統節能圖控軟體

技術簡介

本技術主要應用對象為商辦大樓中小型空調水系統(小於250RT),透過安裝嵌入式水系統節能圖控軟體後,可透過Modbus TCP與Modbus RTU進行水系統設備資料傳輸,並同時可進行能源可視化與設備節能控制。

Abstract

This technology is mainly applied to small and medium-sized HVAC in commercial buildings (less than 250RT). After installing the embedded HVAC graphical control system, data transmission of HVAC and facilities are performed through Modbus TCP and Modbus RTU protocol for energy visualization and energy saving control.

技術規格

輸入:以簡易文字檔輸入ModbusTCP/RTU點位設定,點位設定資訊包含水系統設備數量、冰水主機出入水溫度、、水泵控制頻率、水泵運轉頻率、水塔風扇控制頻率等 輸出:冰水泵:進行fuzzy變頻溫差或壓差節能控制。冷卻水泵: 進行fuzzy變頻溫差節能控制。冷卻水塔: 進行fuzzy出水溫目標節能控制。冰水主機: 進行全域GA最佳化節能控制。

技術特色

目前市面上一般圖控軟體建置時間與費用較高,導致一般中小型場域導入意願較低,進而使得能源管理系統擴散率不佳。本技術以嵌入式控制器為技術開發基底,該嵌入式水系統節能圖控系統具備建置時間短、成本低且易使用的優勢。
