技術簡介

 工研院建立國際車規可靠度測試流程並協助國內IC廠商發展相關車規產品之設計與測試,具引導國內3C廠商切入車用市場開發具指標性車用晶片之示範作用。

工研院建立國際車規可靠度測試流程並協助國內IC廠商發展相關車規產品之設計與測試,具引導國內3C廠商切入車用市場開發具指標性車用晶片之示範作用。此外,工研院也促成AEC-Q100 Virtual LAB車用電子Special Interesting Group與寬能隙電力電子研發聯盟之成立,帶動上、中、下游關鍵技術整合並協助產業轉型,促動國內車用電子產業之進階成長。
